AZERBAIJAN – GEORGIA – ARMENIA 10D / 9N
Day 1
ARRIVAL IN AZERBAIJAN / BAKU
After passing passport control, meet with the tour guide at Baku International Airport and transfer to the city center for lunch.
After lunch, proceed to visit the Old City of Baku, including the Palace of the Shirvanshahs and the Maiden Tower, which became the first site in Azerbaijan to be classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Palace of the Shirvanshahs is a 15th-century palace built by the Shirvanshah dynasty and described by UNESCO as “one of the pearls of Azerbaijan’s architecture.”
We then head to Targovy Street, which means “merchant street” in Russian and is popularly known as the commercial center of the city.

Day 2
BAKU – ABSHERON PENINSULA – GOBUSTAN – BAKU
Gobustan is an open-air Historical and Architectural Reserve located 70 km from Baku, famous for its unique Neolithic cave paintings. There are more than 6,000 petroglyphs in Gobustan, dating back over 12,000 years.
Then drive to the Fire Temple Ateshgah and Yanardag (Absheron Peninsula).
The Temple of Fire Worshippers is an ancient religious complex built on a site of natural gas emissions. It is part of Zoroastrian history and symbolizes the cult of the Eternal Flame. The former cells where pilgrims from all over the world once stayed now house a museum with unique exhibits.

Day 3
BAKU – SHEKI
In the morning, depart from Baku and drive to Sheki. Visit the historic Juma Mosque, Sheki Medieval Fortress, Sheki Khan’s Palace, the Local History Museum, handicrafts workshops, mosque-madrassah, and the local bazaar.
Sheki was historically an important trade city on the Silk Road. Although many caravanserais once existed, only a few have survived to the present day.

Day 4
SHEKI – TBILISI
After breakfast, depart for Georgia via the Lagodekhi border crossing. Upon arrival, visit Sighnaghi, known as the “City of Eternal Love.” Continue to Bodbe Convent and explore Sighnaghi Royal Town, one of the crossroads of the Great Silk Road, surrounded by defensive walls with 23 towers.
Drive towards Tbilisi and visit Narikala Fortress, Kartlis Deda (Mother of Georgia Monument), the mosque, sulfur baths, Sioni Cathedral, and the Peace Bridge.

Day 5
TBILISI
After breakfast, drive to Mtskheta, one of the oldest towns and the cultural and religious center of Georgia. Mtskheta was the capital of the Eastern Georgian Kingdom of Iberia from the 3rd century BC.
Visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, translated as “The Life-Giving Pillar.” It is the main cathedral of Mtskheta and a sacred place believed to house the robe of Christ.
Continue towards Kazbegi, stopping at Ananuri Fortress and the Georgian–Russian Friendship Monument. In the afternoon, take a 4WD vehicle to Gergeti Holy Trinity Church, located beneath Mount Kazbeki.

Day 6
TBILISI – HAGHPAT – DILIJAN
Breakfast served. Bid farewell to Georgia and cross the border into Armenia. Visit the UNESCO-listed Haghpat Monastic Complex, featuring remarkable examples of medieval Armenian architecture.
Enjoy local lunch and continue to Dilijan for overnight stay.

Day 7
DILIJAN – SEVAN LAKE – YEREVAN
Breakfast served. City tour of Dilijan, often called “A Piece of Switzerland in Armenia.” Visit Old Town Dilijan with craftsmen’s workshops, traditional shops, and a museum showcasing 19th-century Armenian lifestyle. Visit Haghartsin Monastery (10th–13th centuries).
Lunch in Sevan.
Lake Sevan, known as “The Emerald of Armenia,” is the largest lake in the country, situated at 1,900 meters above sea level. Visit the lakeside churches on the peninsula and enjoy panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains. One of the churches is St. Araqelots (Apostles) Church, inspired by a legendary vision of the Twelve Apostles.

Day 8
YEREVAN
Breakfast served.
Yerevan City Tour: Republic Square and the rose-colored capital, named for its pink “tuf” stone buildings. Visit Erebuni Fortress and Museum, founded in 782 BC. Continue to Tsitsernakaberd Memorial and Museum dedicated to the victims of the 1915 Genocide.
Drive past the Sports and Concert Complex, Kievian Bridge, Baghramyan Avenue, Presidential Palace, Academy of Sciences, National Parliament, and Opera House. Lunch in Yerevan.
Visit the Cascade Complex, a massive white stairway with fountains, connecting the city center to Victory Park. Escalators allow easy access to the top.

Day 9
YEREVAN
Breakfast served. Visit Khor Virap Monastery, famous for its stunning views of Biblical Mount Ararat.
Continue to Areni Winery for a guided tour and wine tasting. In Armenian culture, “Wine is bottled poetry.”
Proceed through a narrow gorge to Noravank Monastery, dramatically set among deep red tuff stone cliffs. Lunch in Noravank.
Afternoon drive back to Yerevan.

Day 10
YEREVAN – DEPARTURE
Breakfast served. Visit Garni Temple, the only surviving pre-Christian pagan temple in Armenia. Continue to the UNESCO-listed Geghard Monastery (12th–13th centuries), partially carved out of solid rock and famous for its extraordinary acoustics.
Lunch near Geghard. Visit the Matenadaran Library and Research Institute, one of the world’s richest repositories of ancient manuscripts, housing around 17,000 rare works. The history of Matenadaran dates back to the creation of the Armenian alphabet in 405 AD.
In the early evening, after dinner, transfer to the airport for departure flight.
