Day 1
Arrival in Cairo
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, meet the Travel Express representative who will assist you with airport customs and arrival formalities.
Transfer to your hotel and check in.

Day 2
Cairo
Pyramids – Memphis – Sakkara
After breakfast, transfer to the Giza Plateau to visit the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinos, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Continue to the Great Sphinx, the legendary guardian of the Pharaohs, featuring the face of King Chephren and the body of a lion.
Proceed to Memphis and Sakkara (approximately 3–4 hours).
The tour includes a visit to the Memphis Open-Air Museum and the Necropolis of Sakkara, including the Step Pyramid Complex and a Mastaba Tomb of the Nobles.
During the Old Kingdom, Memphis served as the capital of Ancient Egypt. It was home to the magnificent Temple of Ptah, believed to have been three times larger than Karnak Temple. Today, the open-air museum preserves remarkable artifacts from this ancient city.
Sakkara was the principal burial ground of Memphis. Here you will discover Pharaoh Djoser’s impressive funerary complex featuring the Step Pyramid, recognized as the first monumental stone structure ever built. The visit also includes a beautifully decorated Mastaba Tomb illustrating scenes of daily life in Ancient Egypt.

Day 3
Cairo
Egyptian Museum & National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC)
After breakfast at the hotel, visit the Egyptian Museum, home to more than 250,000 artifacts spanning over 5,000 years of Egyptian history.
Continue to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC), located in Fustat, the first capital of Egypt after the Arab Islamic conquest. The museum overlooks Lake Ain El-Sira and is surrounded by several important religious complexes.
The museum presents Egypt’s rich history through various historical periods, including the Predynastic, Ancient Egyptian, Greco-Roman, Coptic, Islamic and Modern eras. The Royal Mummies Hall, transferred to the museum in April, is among its most remarkable highlights.

Day 4
Cairo – Alexandria – Cairo
After breakfast, travel by private air-conditioned coach to Alexandria (approximately 3 hours), Egypt’s second-largest city and the country’s principal Mediterranean seaport.
Begin your visit with Pompey’s Pillar, followed by an exterior photo stop at the Citadel of Qaitbay, built on the site of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria.
Enjoy lunch at a local seafood restaurant before visiting the beautiful Montazah Gardens and the Royal Gardens of King Farouk. See the royal palaces of Haremlik and Salamlek, then take a walk across the famous Montazah Bridge.
Return to Cairo after the tour.

Day 5
Old Cairo – Khan El Khalili – Departure
After breakfast, explore the historic district of Old Cairo.
Visit the Hanging Church of the Virgin Mary, the Jewish Synagogue and the Mosque of Amr Ibn El Aas.
Continue to the famous Khan El Khalili Bazaar, one of the Middle East’s oldest and most impressive traditional markets, offering an extensive selection of gold and silver jewellery, handicrafts and local products.
The tour also includes the Citadel of Saladin and the Mosque of Mohamed Ali.
The Citadel of Sultan Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi (Saladin) is one of the most iconic landmarks of Islamic Cairo and among the finest medieval fortresses in the region. Perched on the Muqattam Hills, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of Cairo, famously known as the “City of a Thousand Minarets.”
After the tour, transfer to Cairo International Airport for your departure flight.
